WICOMICO COUNTY

Bill No. 1994-9

AN ACT to adopt a Forest Conservation Program as approved by the Department
of Natural Resources pursuant to Section 5-1603 of the Natural Resources Article of the
Annotated Code of Maryland by creating Chapter 126 of the Wicomico County Code,
titled "Forest Conservation";

[Sections 126-1 through 126-33 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Wicomico County,

added

AN ACT to amend Chapter 90 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Tax
Exemptions", by deleting Sections 90-1, entitled "Authorized; application.", 90-2 entitled
"Abatements; restrictions.", and 90-3 entitled "Manufacturers' tax exemption.", and
reenacting with amendments Section 90-1, to amend and clarify the procedures
pertaining to Manufacturer's tax exemption.
