Transportation; revise certain duties; and all matters related to said Department.

[Section 9 of Article VI of the Charter of the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.

FOR the purpose of annexing certain property lying on Bembe Beach Road, contiguous
to the existing boundary of the City of Annapolis. (12.85 acres of land, more or less)

[Pursuant to Sections 1 and 4 of Article I of the Charter of the City of Annapolis,
Anne Arundel County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1995 Supplement).

Effective Date January 25, 1996]

RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TOWN COMMISSIONERS TO AMEND

ARTICLE II OF THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF BEL AIR TO EXTEND

THE CORPORATE BOUNDARIES AND TO DESIGNATE THE ZONING

CLASSIFICATION OF THE LAND BEING ANNEXED

(1.250 acres of land, more or less)

A Resolution of the Board of Town Commissioners, adopted pursuant to the
authority of Article 11-E of the Constitution of Maryland, Section 19 of Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1957 (1994 Replacement Volume), entitled
"Corporations - Municipal", subheading "Annexation", to enlarge the corporate
boundaries of the Town of Bel Air by amending the Public Local Law of Harford County,
being a part of Article 13 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland by adding to
Section 202 entitled Additions, paragraph "w", to Article II CORPORATE LIMITS of
the Charter of the Town of Bel Air, annexing to said corporate boundaries the following
area, contiguous to and adjoining the present corporate boundaries of the Town of Bel
Air, on the west side of Maple View Drive on Dallam Avenue extended, being the land
owned by O'Neill Holding Company, a Maryland General Partnership and Flow
Development, Inc., a Maryland Corporation, contract purchaser.
