Special Exception Conditions

For the purpose of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Worcester County, Maryland, to clarify exemptions from and make
churches, cemetery expansions, and conversion of certain existing structures and other
specified uses eligible for a waiver from the prime agricultural soils provision of the
Special Exception procedure.
