COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

the Delmar Election District, Wicomico County, Maryland, on the southerly side of
Connelly Mill Road. Said property is part of a larger parcel which is shown and
designed on County Tax Map No. 20 as parcel No. 101, The property being more
specifically described in the following Deed recorded among the Land Records of
Wicomico County, Maryland: Deed dated December 13, 1994 from Westinghouse
Electric Corporation to Nelson N. Larger and Virginia R Larger, recorded among the
Land Records of Wicomico County, Maryland in Liber M.S.B. No. 1421, folio 631; an
18.3 acre portion of said property is to be rezoned from Industrial to
Agricultural-Rural Residential.

Bill No. 1996-3

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
amending the map entitled "Wicomico County Zoning Map" referred to in Section 76
of said Chapter to rezone the following property situated in the Salisbury Election
District, Wicomico County, Maryland:

Parcel 1.           Those lots located on the northerly side of Pemberton Drive and

bounded on the north by Pecan Square Shopping Center; bounded on the east by the
Pemberton Business Center and Parcels 68, 69, and 70 of County Tax Map 37; and
bounded on the west by Culver Road; and being all that property described on a plat
entitled "Prettyman & Messick" dated September 2, 1946, and recorded in the Land
Records of Wicomico County in Book J.W.T.S. No. 288, Page 49. The property is to be
rezoned from R15 Residential to Select Commercial with conditions.

Parcel 2.           Those lots located on the southerly side of Pemberton Drive and

bounded on the north by Pemberton Drive; bounded on the east by Lot Nos. 1 and 26
and the northeasterly 10 feet of Lots 2 and 25 of Block B, "Fairground Property";
bounded on the west by Pemberton Elementary School; and bounded on the south by
Pemberton Manor. The properties are shown and designated as Lot Nos. 3 through
24, and the northwesterly 40 feet of Lots 2 and 25 Block B on the plat of "Fairground
Property" dated January 30, 1943, and recorded among the land records in Book
J.W.T.S. No. 250, at Page 21. Said property is to be rezoned from R8 Residential to
Select Commercial with conditions.

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
amending the map entitled "Wicomico County Zoning Map" referred to in Section 76
of said Chapter to rezone property consisting of 15.17 acres, more or less, situated in
the Fruitland Election District, Wicomico County, Maryland, on the easterly side of
Brown Street Extended, bounded on the south by the Salisbury Bypass and bounded
on the north and east by property now or formerly owned by Stevenson. Said property
