A Resolution to amend Section VIII(18) of the Charter of the City of Aberdeen,
by increasing from One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to One Million
Dollars ($1,000,000.00), the aggregate principal amount of bonds which may be sold
at private sale, without advertisement or publication of notice of sale, or solicitation of
competitive bids.

[Section VIII(18) of the Charter of the City of Aberdeen, Harford County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1998 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
