AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Pension Plans - Length-of-Service Requirement
FOR the purpose of establishing a minimum length-of-service requirement for
eligibility for pension benefits under the Employees' Retirement Plan, the Fire
Service Retirement Plan, the Police Service Retirement Plan, and the Pension
Plan for Detention Officers and Personnel; altering the definitions of "normal
retirement date" under the plans; and providing for the applicability of this
Ordinance.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments: Article 7, §§ 2-101(h), 4-205,
5-205, and 6-101

Homeowners Property Tax Credit Program
FOR the purpose of altering the percentage utilized to calculate the County
supplement to the property tax credit under the Homeowners Property Tax
Credit Program; removing the limit on the amount by which a tax credit is
increased by the County supplement; and providing for the application of this
Ordinance.
