AN ACT Concerning

Natural Resources - Coastal Bays Critical Area

For the purpose of enacting interim measures for development approval of projects
located within the Coastal Bays Critical Area prior to adoption of an approved local
program for the Coastal Bays Critical Area in accordance with the State enacted
Critical Areas Law for Maryland's Coastal Bays.
