Bill No. 2002-14

AN ACT to add Chapter 130 to the Wicomico County Code, titled "Development
Impact Fees," allowing for the collection of Development Impact Fees in Wicomico
County for new development within the county, to ensure the payment of impact fees
in line with the assurance of adequate public facilities for schools when the
development is completed or shortly thereafter and to establish principles, fee
schedules, computation, payment, credit, use and refund standards with regards to
such fees.

Bill No. 2002-15

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225, titled "Zoning"; to add Article III, entitled
"Transferable Development Rights," Sections 225-9 through 225-13, creating a
transferable development rights program, establishing sending and receiving areas,
requirements for instruments of transfer, allocations, and generally providing rules
and regulations applicable to such transfers; and to amend Chapter 200 of the
Wicomico County Code, titled "Subdivision of Land," Sections 200-3, entitled
"Exclusions," paragraph A and A.1; 200-6, entitled "Sketch Plat," paragraphs A and B;
200-7, entitled "Preliminary Plat," paragraph A and F; and 200-11, entitled "Streets,"
paragraph J, to permit minor subdivisions of three lots or fewer.
