Zoning and Public Works - Roads in Residential Planned Communities For the purpose of amending the Zoning and Subdivision Control Article and Public

stormwater management drainage lines to be located under the paved surface of
roadways and to permit the adoption of alternate roads standards for narrower

Bill No. 01-8 AN ACT Concerning Public Works - Fire Hydrants in Sanitary Service Areas For the purpose of expanding the definition of Sanitary Services to include the
provision of water for fire protection as determined by the County Commissioners. [Section 5-302 of the Public Works Article of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Worcester County - Amended] Bill No. 01-9 AN ACT Concerning Zoning - Parking for Amenity Areas For the purpose of amending the zoning regulations to establish a parking
requirement for amenity areas incidental to a residential development (excluding golf
