AN ORDINANCE concerning:
General Development Plan - Crofton Small Area Plan
FOR the purpose of adding the Crofton Small Area Plan to the documents used to
guide the future development of land and the location of public services and
facilities in the County; and amending the General Development Plan by the
Crofton Small Area Plan.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 24, § 1-102(1), as enacted by Bill No. 22-00

AN ORDINANCE concerning:
Fire and Police Service Retirement Plans - Transfer of Service Credit
FOR the purpose of amending the Fire and Police Service Retirement Plans; defining
certain terms; providing for the transfer of service credit under State law in
those plans; limiting the use of transferred service credit; creating a certain
"window" for transfer of service credit; establishing eligibility for the transfer of
service credit; establishing certain conditions for the transfer of service credit;
establishing the date of transfer from a previous system; requiring the plan
administrator to notify employees; providing for the effect on benefits of a
transfer of service credit; providing for the retroactive application of the
Ordinance; and generally relating to the transfer of service credit under the Fire
and Police Service Retirement Plans.
BY adding:
Article 7, §§ 4-101(m) and (q); 4-202(e), (f), and (g); 4-202.1; 4-202.2; 4-202.3;
5-101(k) and (o); 5-202(e), (f), and (g); 5-202.1; 5-202.2; and 5-202.3
