AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Purchasing - Competitive Sealed Bidding

FOR the purpose of amending a certain provision in the Purchasing Article of the
County Code to require that only for competitive sealed bids and proposals, a
bidder shall submit a sworn statement that the bidder has not been a party to
an agreement with other bidders.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 10, § 2-104(e)(1)
