Bill No. 2003-04

AN ACT to delete Chapter 195 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Stallions" as
the regulations set forth therein are no longer necessary for the health, safety and
welfare of the citizens of Wicomico County, Maryland.

Bill No. 2003-05

AN ACT to amend Chapter 33 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Elections,"
to establish rules, regulations and filing dates for petitions to amend the Charter of
Wicomico County, and to amend the regulations pertaining to referendum petitions in
accordance with the Charter Amendments adopted by Wicomico County at the
November 2002 General Election.

Bill No. 2003-06

AN ACT to amend Chapter 225 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Zoning,"
Article I, titled "General Provisions," Section 225-3, titled "Definitions and word
usage," Section 225-29, titled "C-1 Select Commercial District," paragraph C. "Uses
permitted by Special Exception," to define Mini-Storage or Self-Storage and to
permit the use by special exception in the C-1 Select Commercial District; Section
225-29 paragraphs B and C to correct a discrepancy between Motel or hotel uses
permitted inherently and by special exception.

Bill No. 2003-07

AN ACT to amend Chapter 197 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Streets and
Addressing System," section 197-16, titled "Dedications", to clarify the circumstances
under which the dedication of future street extensions required the Wicomico County
Planning Commission may be terminated.

Bill No. 2003-08

AN ACT to amend Chapter 15 of the Wicomico County Code, titled "Civil
Defense" amending the title of said Chapter to "Civil Defense, Emergency and
Disaster Planning," and by establishing Article II of said Chapter, pertaining to
"Emergency and Disaster Planning," to provide for the Declaration of emergencies
and providing for penalties for violation of such declarations.

Bill No. 2003-09

AN ACT to amend Chapter 196 of the Wicomico County Code, titled
"Stormwater Management," adding Section 196-26.1 to regulate pipe installations
and modifications of drainage within county rights of way and easements and to
impose penalties for violation of the pipe installation policies.
