pretreatment to be used to provide grants for projects to remove nutrients at
publicly owned sewage treatment works; amending Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985,
the General Construction Loan of 1985, to permit funds remaining in the
appropriation for the J. Gilman Paul Interpretive Farm at Susquehanna State Park
in Cecil and Harford Counties to be used for the construction of additional pole
barns at the Farm; amending Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985, the General
Construction Loan of 1985, to permit a portion of the funds remaining in the
appropriation to purchase capital equipment for the 1,500-cell medium security
correctional facility in Somerset County to be used to provide a portion of the funds
to acquire property for a new medium/minimum security facility at a site to be
determined; amending Chapter 125 of the Acts of 1985, the General Construction
Loan of 1985, to permit funds remaining in the appropriation to construct the
Prince Frederick Barracks to be used to provide a portion of the funds to construct
and equip a new Garrett County Public Safety Center; amending Chapter 125 of the
Acts of 1985, the General Construction Loan of 1985, to permit funds remaining in
the appropriation to Morgan State University to design and prepare preliminary
plans for the Engineering Building also to be used to provide a portion of the funds
to construct the Engineering Building; amending Chapter 125 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1985, the General Construction Loan of 1985, to authorize the
crediting of unused appropriations for completed capital projects to the
Construction Contingency Fund; amending Chapter 204 of the Acts of 1985, the
Chesapeake Bay Water Quality Loan of 1985, to permit funds remaining in the
appropriation to provide loans or loan guarantees for projects for industrial
pretreatment to be used to provide grants for projects to remove nutrients at
publicly owned sewage treatment works; amending Chapter 286 of the Acts of 1986,
the General Construction Loan of 1986, to permit funds remaining in the
appropriation to restore the roof on the laundry plant and to install two lint
collectors at the Central Laundry Pre-Release Unit to be used to provide a portion
of the funds to acquire property for a new medium/minimum security facility at a
site to be determined; amending Chapter 286 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1986, the General Construction Loan of 1986, to authorize the crediting of
unused appropriations for completed capital projects to the Construction
Contingency Fund; amending Chapter 286 of the Acts of 1986, the General
Construction Loan- of 1986, as amended by Chapter 421 of the Acts of 1990, the
Maryland Consolidated Capital Bond Loan of 1990, to permit funds remaining in
the supplemental appropriation to design, construct and equip the Prince Frederick
Garage/Communications Building to be used to provide a portion of the funds- to
construct and equip a new Garrett County Public Safety Center; amending Chapter
597 of the Acts of 1987, the General Construction Loan of 1987, to permit funds
remaining in the appropriation to construct a wastewater treatment plant at the
Maple Run Youth Center to be used to supplement the Water and Wastewater
Facilities Improvement Fund created by this Act; amending Chapter 597 of the Acts
of 1987, the General Construction Loan of 1987, to permit funds remaining in the
appropriation to purchase additional capital equipment for the 1,500-cell
medium-security correctional facility in Somerset County, a portion of the funds
remaining in the appropriation to restore roofs on the gymnasium and hospital at
