^constituent^ ratifying allowing and holding firm and valid
all and whatsoever my said Attorney or his substitutes
shall lawfully do or cause to be done in and about the
premises by virtue of these presents.  In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 13.th day of
September in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and fifty three

This day day personally appeared before me; the
above named William Cook and acknowledged the
aforegoing instrument by him subscribed to be his free
and voluntary act and deed

On this thirteenth day of
September A. D. 1853 before
me W.H. Ford County Clerk
in and for the county aforesaid personally appeared
William Cook to me known to be the person described
in and who executed the foregoing Instrument and
he acknowledged before me that he executed the
same freely and voluntarily and the uses and
purposes therein mentioned

of the one part and Benjamin Hearn
of the county and state aforesaid of the other part
Witnesseth that whereas the said Benjamin Hearn
by his bill of sale duly executed and acknowledged
and bearing date on the fifth day of January 1853.
