County Court do hereby certify that it hath
been proved to my satisfaction that the
bearer hereof named William Tasker aged about
forty five years about five feet nine inches high
of dark complexion has no perceptible scars
that he is the identical person manumitted
by George Barber by deed bearing date the 10.th
day of January 1833 and recorded in Liber C
No 3, folio 41 one of the Record Books of Anne
Arundel County and that he was raised in
the County aforesaid

hereof named Charles Collins aged about twenty

inches high of a dark brown or copper colour
with a scar on the left side of his forehead was
born free and that he was raised in the County
aforesaid
