and Anthony West at so that he might have the same before the Justices of his Lordships
County Court of Somersett to be held at Dividing Creek the third tuesday of March then next
to Render the afd Thomas Dashiell of the Debt and damages afd whereof the afd Rand.ll
and Anthony West are Convict &c

          Att which said third tuesday of march to witt the twenty first day of the Same month
anno Dom one thousand seven hundred and twenty six Co being the day of the Return of
the said Writt Cometh the afd Thomas Dashiell by George Dashiell his attorney and the sher
of Somersett County to whom the foregoeing writt was directed Likewise Cometh and maketh
Return thereof to the Court here Endorsed in these words following vizt

       By vertue of the within Writt to me Directed I have Levyed of the goods and Chattells of
the within named Cath West in the hands of Randall and Anthony West Ex.rs of the Last will
and testament of the afd Catherine Sundry goods and Chattells in their hands to be admrd to the
value of four thousand one hundred Sixty One pounds of tob.o which were appraised according
to Law as by schedale hereunto annexed appears and were by ^me^ delivered to the Plft in part of
Sattisfaction of the Debt within Mentioned      so answers Fran Allen sherr

          A Skidell of the goods and Chattells that was attached in the Hands of Rand.ll and Anthony
West Ex.rs of Catherine West dec.d and apprased by Cap.t W.m Turpin and Davis Willson the
20.th day of Decem Anno Dom 1726         Given under Our hand and Seal

To 1 Bed & 9 silver spoons

To 1 Brass Bason and Candell Stick
To 1 Old p.r of Stillards & sugar Box
To 1 warming pan Candle Box & Grater
Bible Trundle Bedstead & Rugg
To 2 Old Chears and 1 grindstone
