       Ordered by the Court that Thomas Predix pay unto John Brown thirty pounds of tobacco for his attendance one
       day as evidence on behalfe of the said Thomas Predix against Whaley he having made Oath to the Same &.c

       Ordered by the Court that William Whaley pay unto Charles Racklife thirty pounds of tobacco for his attendance one
       day as evidence on behalfe of the said William Whaley against Thomas Predix he having made Oath to the Same &.c

       Ordered by the Court that William Whaley pay unto Richard Holland two hundred and seventy pounds of tobacco for
       his attendance Nine days as Evidence on behalfe of the said William Whaley against Thomas Predix he having made
       Oath to the Same &c

       Ordered by the Court that William Whaley pay or Cause to be paid unto Nathaniel Crapper sen.r John Purnall
       Jun.r and Nathaniel Crapper Jun.r three hundred pounds of tobacco each being due unto them for their attendance
