of Treason by Information of Hugh Peirce         Thomas Matthews Foreman

We also do present James Freeman for a Breach of the peace on the Body
of Alexander McClaron by Information of Bartholomew Hatton

Whereupon they are discharged and allowed five hundred pounds of Tob.a

Anne Williams Same, Same Jurat to Court

Alexander Mcfarling presented by his Mistress Elizabeth Tarvin
for Runaway time who makes Oath that he absented himself Ninety
one Days and that she Expended In Imprisonment fees and taking him up
500.ls Tobacco & 2 of Currency   Whereupon He is adjudged to
Serve Four Days for one and Seven Months for the Tobacco & Money

Upon the Complaint of Henry Darnall Esqr his Lordships Attorney
Generall and on hearing Evidences by him to the Court produced and
Sworn James Freeman Ordinary Keeper is Suppressed from selling
Liquors under his present Licence

George Tarvin on his Motion to the Court is admitted to keep
Ordinary at his House in Charles Town He giving Security according
to the Directions of the Act of Assembly in those Cases late made
and Provided

                                  Whereupon Into Court here in his proper
Person Comes the aforesaid George Tarvin and Acknowledges himself to
Owe and Stand justly Indebted unto his Lordships the Lord Proprietary
In the Sum of Twenty Pounds Current Money of Maryland and also
In like Manner Come Allen Davies and William Mcferson of same
County and Acknowledge themselves to Owe and Stand justly Indebted
unto his said Lordship In the Sume Ten pounds Like Money each
Which Sums they and Every of them severally Yeilded and Granted
should be made and Levied on their and Every of their Goods and
                                                                            (Chattells)
