The Message by the Honble Coll Charles Hutchins & M^r
ffrancis Ienkins in relation for the Transcribing the psent body
of Laws for the use of the County Courts It is Humbly pro-
posed to allow for the writting of the Coppys for the Sev^rall
Countys and such Coppys as yo^r Ex^cy shall send for England
the sume of one hundred and Twenty pounds Sterl to be paid
out of the publick treasury

the house and bring Back the Journall of the Comittee of
Acco^tts and the following Message

By his Ex^cy the Gov^r and Councill in Assembly
Iuly 22^d 1699.

It is recomended to the house before they break up to
appoynt some psons nearest to this place to draw the Sev^rall
Ord's on the Publick Treasurers to pay the money allowed this
Sessions to the Sev^rall Members of the Gen^ll Assembly and
others
