Church read third time and assented to.

The house have thought Convenient to Make Choyce of
Cap^t Richard Hill M^r Sam^ll Young & Cap^t Iohn Worthington
as a Comittee to Joyne w^th such of his Maj^tys Honble Councill
as yo^r Ex^cy shall be pleased to appoynt to Settle the Acco^tts of
the sev^rall psons allowed in Tobacco in the Journall of the
Comittee of acco^tts at the rate of Ten Shillings p Cent and to
Draw notes for the payment of the same on the Sev^rall treas-
urers of this Province if yo^r Ex^cy and the Honble Councill shall
Concurr therewith and if yo^r Ex^cy will be pleased to appoynt
some of his Maj^tyes Councill that you will please to nominate
them that theire names may be included in the Bill

Herewith I send a Coppy of the Pattent of the Honble W^m
Blathwayt Esq^r Auditer Gen^ll of the Plantations who is a pson
of Great worth and Hon^r and able to doe you many good
offices in the Station he stands and for his Great Trouble and
Care in that Imploym^t has Generally a Sallary from most or
all the Plantations Except this place Its therefore Recom-
mended to yo^r Consideration to make him some yearly allow-
ance of Sallery whereby you will make him yo^r ffriend and I
am Confident thereby doe yo^r Self a Signall peice of Service
