Upon reading that Paragraph of yo^r Ex^ncys Speech at open-
ing this Session relating to psons sent on Expedition or any
emergent Occasions
It is Resolved by the house that such psons as shall any
ways be imploy'd by your Ex^cy shall be rewarded for such
Services as yo^r Ex^cy shall think fill This house thinking yo^r
Ex^ncy to be a proper Judge of the reward of such Services

M^r Gouldsborough & M^r Coursey bring up the Ingrossd Bill
declaring severall Acts of Parliament of England to be in
force Which was read & assented to by the Board & sent to
the house by M^r Sanders.
The said M^r Gouldsborough and M^r Coursey bring up the
following ordinance of the house viz^r

By the house of Delegates
Aprill 18^th 1706

It being proposd by a member of this house whether it be
not reasonable that M^r William Bladen the undertaker of Re-
building the Court house be not Advanced & paid some part
of the Consideration on his Contract.
It is Resolved that he be paid out of the Publiq Stock at
Assessing of the publiq Levy next the Sume of ffive hundred
pounds being one half If the hon^rble Councill shall think fitt
to Concurr herewith

M^r Grey brings up a bill for Apportioning the publiq Levy
which was approv'd of & sent to the house of Delegates by
Lieut^t Coll Holland.
