By the House of Delegates
Aprill 19th 1706

Whereas it has been represented to this house that it is An
Aggrievance to this Province that the County Court Comis-
sions are limitted & restrained & with which this house do
Concurr & doe therefore pray that his Exncy will be pleasd to
enlarge the said Comissions &c

Which being Debated in full Councill the Board are of
opinion the County Courts have sufficient Jurisdiction
Mr Stone & Mr Jones brought up the Engrossd bill for lay-
ing the Publiq Levy which was read and assented to by this
board & sent to the house with the following Message

By the Councill in Assembly
Aprill 19th 1706

Upon the houses Representation by Mr Stone to his Exncy
to inlarge the Jurisdiction of the County Courts Wee have
maturely Considered the Same & do Conceive the County
Courts have Sufficient Jurisdiction therefore Cannot Advise
his Exncy to make any Enlargement thereof

Mr Wells & Mr How bring up the Assemblys Order to Coll

Addresses to her Majty & the Lord high Treasurer viz.

Whereas at this present Sessions we have Addressed her
most Sacred Majesty & the right honourable the Lord high
Treasurer of England for a Certain Species of Copper Coyne
by her Majestys Royal Proclamation to be made Currant in
this Province & to have certaine Sums of Money (issued &
disbursed by Coll Blakiston when he was Governour of this
Province and by the honrble Thomas Tench Esqr President, &
her Majestys honrble Councill of this Province for the Service
of the Crowne before his present Exncys Arrivall out of the
three pence p hhd given by her Majesty to Supply the Coun-
