On M^r Dan^l Dulanys motion made in Writeing to this
house on behalf of Matt. Wallace & others in a Bill Lying
before the Lower house Concerning part of New Munster in
Relation to Evid^s &c. the said motion is Ord^d to be thus En-
dorst Viz.

Oct^r the 27^th 1720
This Board is of Op" that the within motion is Just and
Reasonable & Desire the Lower House would Direct their

Clk to deliver Wallace or his Councill (on Application) Copys
of all the Evidences of any Kind that lye before their house
And to name Com^rs to Examine such Wittnesses as shall be
menconed to them on Either Side that are or shall become
unable to Travell But that such as are be Sumoned down to
Attend next Sessions

Sent to the Lower house by Esq^r Lloyd who returns &
Says he delivered the same
Col Young sent to the Lower House to Acq^t M^r Speaker
that his honour the Gov^r requires him & the whole house to
Attend him Immediately in the Councill Chamber who ret^ns
and Says he delivered the same.
Whereupon M^r Speaker & the whole House Attend his
Hon^r the Gov^r and Saw the following Acts sealed with his
L^dship's Greater Scale of this pvince And Assented to by his
Hon^r the Gover^r on the behalf of the Right Honble the Lord
Prop^ry of this pvince Viz.
N^o 1. An Act for the naturalization of John Peter Zenger
of Kent County Printer & his Children.
N^o 2. An Act for Confirmation of Certain deeds of Sale
to W^m Matthew Esq^r of Lands in Baltemore County.
