The Word "Ordinary" at the Bottom of the first Page to be
left out

In the second Page and in the fourth and fifth Lines leave out
the Words "at every November Court shall Deliver to the several
Justices" and in their place insert the following Words Viz..t "on
or before the last day of February Yearly shall return to the Trea-
surers of the Western and Eastern Shores respectively where the
said Clerks shall Officiate

Leave out in the same Page the Eighth Ninth tenth and eleventh
Lines and insert in their place the following Clause.

Be it enacted by the Authority aforesaid that all and every the
sum and sums of Money to be paid unto received and Collected by
the Sheriffs aforesaid by Virtue of this Act by them and every of
them be paid into the hands of the Treasurers for the time being
on or before the last day of April every Year in manner following
Viz..t all and every Sum and Sums of Money paid unto received and
Collected by the Sheriffs of the respective Counties on the Western
Shore shall be paid by the said Sheriffs into the hands of the Trea-

surer of the said Shore and all and every Sum and Sums of Money
paid unto received and Collected by the Sheriffs of the respective
Counties on the Eastern Shore shall be paid by the said Sheriffs into
the hands of the Treasurer of the said Shore deducting thereout the
Salary aforesaid and all and every Sum and Sums of Money to be
paid as aforesaid into the hands of the said Treasurers respectively
shall be Subject to such Application from time to time as the General
Assembly of this Province for the time being shall direct and appoint
the said Treasurers respectively retaining a Commission of five
Pounds p Centum on all Monies to be paid unto and received by
them in Virtue of this Act.

In the Twentieth Line of the third Page leave out the Word
"is" and insert "are"

Leave out the second Line of the fourth Page and the Words
"as aforesaid" in the third Line of the Same Page, and insert the
following Words "to be received by the Sheriff and applied" in the
manner above directed

In the Lines Twenty third and Twenty fourth of same Page
leave out the Words to the use of the County by the Justices.

In the eleventh Line of the Sixth Page leave out the Words "for
the use of the respective County" Sent by Col.o Hooper.

Adjourned till three of the Clock in the Afternoon

Eodem Die post Meridiem.
This House met again according to Adjournment
