A Bill Entitled An Act for the building of a Parish Church and
Chapel of Ease in Saint Johns Parish in Queen Anns County
A Bill Entitled An Act for the Relief of the Reverend John
McPherson of Charles County, Also an Engrossed Bill Read and
assented to, by the Lower House of Assembly, Entitled An Act to
give Thomas Harrison further time to Effect the Removal of a
Neusance in Baltimore Town in Baltimore County, this Bill Read
and assented to by this House and Ordered to be so Subscribed,
the Paper Bills so Endorsed sent by Benedict Calvert Esq.r
Read the first and second time, by an Especial Order, a Bill
Entitled An Act for building of a Parish Church, and Chapel of
Ease in Saint Johns Parish in Queen Anns County
Read the second time, and will Pass, a Bill Entitled An Act for the
Relief of certain Languishing Prisoners, in the several Goals therein
mentioned
Read the first and second time, by an Especial Order, the Bill
Entitled An Act for the Relief of the Reverend John McPherson
of Charles County, and will Pass with the following Amendments,
sent by Benedict Calvert Esq,,r
After the Word "arising" in the 4,,th line from the Bottom of
the first Page add "and which shall arise" after the Word "County"
in the said Page and in the third line from the bottom thereof add
"or any other Parish within this Province" Leave out in the third
line of the second Page the following Words "and who have no
Mortgage on his Real and Personal Estate"
Adjourned until to Morrow Morning 10 of the Clock

Read and assented to by the Lower House of Assembly
A Bill Entitled An Act to impower Mary Philpot, Widow and
Administratrix of Brian Philpot late of Baltimore Town in Balti-
more County Merchant Deceased, to sell the Real Estate of her said
Husband, for the Payment of the Debts of the said Brian Philpot
A Bill Entitled An Act for the building of a Parish Church, and
Chapel of Ease in Saint Johns Parish, in Queen Anns County
These Bills Read and assented to by this House and Ordered to
be so Subscribed, the Paper Bills so Endorsed, sent by John Ridout
