eight pounds, fifteen shillings current Money, to be by him paid over to the Hon'ble. Benjamin
Contee Esqr. due him for his attendance in Congress as per account passed by the Deputy
Auditor.

That the said Treasurer pay to John Shaw sixteen pounds, eight shillings and eight pence
Current Money to be by him applied to the transportation of Military stores to Frederick town
and accounted for.

The Council adjourned 'till tomorrow morning.

Ordered that the western shore Treasurer pay to Thomas Johnson, Junr. fifteen pounds,
fifteen shillings Current Money on account of the Education of Miss Grason to be by him Ac-
counted for.

In Council March nth. 1789

On Consideration of the Petition of Henry Ennals, Nathan Wright and Thomas Coleston
of Dorchester County, stating that their property together, with that of John Stevens Collector
of taxes for the said County is under execution to satisfy the Claim of the State against the
said Stevens—It is ordered that the Sales of the property of the said Stevens and of the Peti-
tioners be and the same are hereby suspended until the 25th. of the present Month.
