Assembly in the year 1896, and chapters 313 and 505, of
the Acts of Assembly in the year 1898. '"

chapter 505 of the Acts of 1898. "

"Sec 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, And that section 688 A of Article 4 of the
Code of Public Local Laws, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-
title 'Licenses, ' be and the same is hereby repealed. "

"Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take
effect at the date of its passage. "
