to re-enact the same with amendments, so as to prohibit
the catching of crabs with scoops, scrapes, drags, dredges,
or similar instruments above a certain line in the waters
of Fishing Bay, and to provide a penalty therefor by
adding a new section. "

Mr. Duncan, from Select Committee, reported unfav-
orably,

House bill entitled "An Act to give to the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, full power over the laying of
all conduits for telephone and telegraph wires or cables
in the streets, lanes or alleys of said city. "
