Mr. Duncan, from Select Committee, reported unfav-
orably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 788, of
chapter 123, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, session 1898, title 'City of Baltimore, ' sub-title
'Miscellaneous Local Laws, ' sub-title 'New Station
Houses, ' and to re-enact said section 788, with amend-
ments. '

Which unfavorable report was adopted.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact
with amendments, sections 10, 37, 59, 77, 97 and 176, of
the Act of 1898, chapter 123, entitled 'City of Baltimore, '

Senate bill entitled "An Act directing the Appeal Tax
Court of Baltimore city not to issue any permit for the

Fowl, ' to be known as 'Sections 335, 336, 337, 338 and
339. ' "
