grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 144 of
Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of the State
of Maryland, relating to the town of Taneytown, in
Carroll county, and to re-enact the same in an amended
or different form. "

Which was read a second time, and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 101 and
103, of Article 17, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title 'Prince George's County, ' sub-title
'County Commissioners, ' as amended by the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed in the year 1898,
chapter 222, and re-enact the said sections hereby re-
pealed with amendments. '"

grossed for a third reading.

amendments, section 179 of Article 17; of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled 'Prince George's

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

1. After the word "to, " in line 2, of the "title, " strike
out all after the title and insert in lieu thereof, the fol-
lowing words: "to add the following new sections to
Article 27, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
'Crimes and Punishments, sub-title "Fraud, Sterling and
Coin Silver, " and to be known as 'Sections 119 C, 119 D,
119 E, 119 F, 119 G, 119 H, 119 I, 119 J, 119 K. "
