Strike out all words from "be, " in line 1, down to the
word "any, " in line 4, and insert in lieu thereof the
words:

"Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the following new sections be added
and they are hereby added to Article 27, of the Code of
Public General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments, '
sub-title 'Fraud—Sterling and Coin Silver, ' and to be
known as 'Sections 119 C, 119 D, 139 E, 119 F, 119 G,
119 H, 119 I, 119 J, 119 K, ' and to read as follows: 'Sec-
tion 196. ' "
