Cecil county, the sum of $58, 000, which by the Act of
General Assembly of Maryland of 1894, chapter 85, was
appropriated and transferred to the Elkton and Middle-
town Railroad Company of Cecil county, and Elkton
and Southern Railroad Company in certain contingen-
cies. "

We respectfully beg leave to recall the bill, Senate, No.
114, entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 351, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Jan-
uary Session, in the year eighteen hundred and ninety-
eight, entitled an Act to repeal and re-enact with amend-
ments section 67, of Article 27, of the Code of Public
General Laws, title 'Crimes and Punishments, ' sub-title
'Disturbances of the Public Peace, ' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, " said bill having been unfavora-
bly reported by the Judiciary Committee of the House
Delegates, and so returned to your Honorable Body on
the date, March —, 1900.
