'Crimes and Commitments, ' sub-title 'House of the Good
Shepherd, House of the Good Shepherd for Colored Girls,
House of Reformation, House of Refuge, House of Ref-
uge (Female), Industrial Home for Colored Girls, St.
Mary's Industrial School for Boys, ' and to enact certain
provisions in lieu thereof. "

Mr. Choate, from Committee on Agriculture, reported
favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to add three additional
sections to Article 27, of the Code of Public General
Laws, title 'Fraud, ' sub-title 'Fruit and Vegetable Pack-
ing, ' to follow section 104, and to be designated as 'Sec-
tions 104 A, 104 B and 104 C. ' "

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to John J. Goone
and twenty-eight others, citizens of Kent county and
State of Maryland, the sum of five dollars ($5) each, paid
to the State of Maryland in error, as decided by the Cir-
cuit Court for Kent county, Maryland, as a tax under
chapter 441, of the Acts of 1896, as per license certificate
hereto attached. "
