Mr. Lehmayer, from the Judiciary Committee, reported
favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 12, of
chapter 457, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the January Session of 1898, en-
titled an Act to repeal Article 45, of the Code of Public
Genera-1 Laws, title 'Husband and Wife, ' and to re-enact
the same with amendments. "

Which was read a second time.

Mr. Norris, from the Committee on Hygiene, reported
unfavorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 11, of
Article 32, of the Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Dentistry, ' and to re-enact the same with amendments. "

Which unfavorable report was adopted.
Mr. Knott, from the Committee on Corporations, re-
ported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 3, 5, 9,
10, 11 and 12, of chapter 514, of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland in the year 1898, entitled an Act
to incorporate the Frederick, Thurmont and Northern
Railway Company, and re-enact the same with amend-
ments, conferring enlarged and additional powers and to
change the name of said company to the Washington,
Frederick and Gettysburg R. R. Company. "

Which was read a first time.

Mr. Norris, from a majority of the Committee on Hy-
giene, reported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments Article 27, sections 88, 89, 90 and 91, of the
Cade of Public General Laws of Maryland, title 'Crimes
and Punishments, ' sub-title 'Fraud. '. "
