Arundel County," subtitle "Schools," relating to the use of public
school busses by children attending parochial schools and relating to
the payment of the costs incurred in the transportation of private
school students in Anne Arundel County and the establishment of
new routes for the transportation of such students.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Sections 6 (d), 18,
19 (1), 102, 108 (7), 119 (ai, and 120 of Article 62 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1964 Replacement Volume and 1966 Supple-
ment), title "Justices of the Peace," subtitles "Civil Jurisdiction,"
"Criminal Jurisdiction," and "Trial Magistrates System," respec-
tively, and to add new Sections 25G and 125D to said Article and
title of said Code, subtitles "Criminal Jurisdiction," and "Trial Mag-
istrate," respectively, and to follow immediately after Sections 25F
and 125C, respectively, and to add new Sections 288B to 288-0,
inclusive, to the Code of Local Laws of Cecil County (1961 Edition,
being Article 8 of the Code of Local Laws of Maryland), title "Cecil
County," to follow immediately after Section 28A thereof, and to be
under new subtitle "People's Court," providing for the establishment
of a People's Court of Cecil County, defining its jurisdiction thereof,
granting it certain powers, and providing for the appointment,
duties and compensation of a judge, substitute judge, chief clerk,
assistant clerk, and committing magistrate of such court, providing
a pension system for the Judges, abolishing the office of trial mag-
istrate and substitute trial magistrates in the county and generally
dealing with the establishment of a People's Court in Cecil County.
