Chapter 701—Acts of 1968
AN ACT to authorize and empower the Board of County Commis-
sioners of Charles County to borrow one and one-half million dollars
($1,600,000) upon the credit of the County and to issue bonds or
notes therefor and to levy county taxes to pay the principal of
and the interest of such bonds or notes.

Chapter 753—Acts of 1968
AN ACT to authorize and empower the County Commissioners of
Charles County to borrow upon the faith and credit of said County
an amount not exceeding two million five hundred thousand dollars

levy of taxes in Charles County for the payment of principal and
interest on such bonds and dependent for its effect upon certain

to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 715 (A) of said
article, title and subtitle of said code, to authorize and regulate
.the taking of soft-shell clams by hydraulic dredges in Dorchester
County, and provisions for local referendum in Dorchester County.

Chapter 108—Acts of 1968
AN ACT to provide that at the general or congressional election in
Howard County in November 1968, there shall also be a primary
election for selecting candidates for election to the County Council

stitution, and relating generally to the requirements and details for
this primary election.
