tobacco to, without having been inspected; former
fines released except as to the informer,

    An act to enable the mayor and city council of Baltimore
to introduce water into the said city,

    The court of appeals shall sit on the western and
eastern shore at such times and places as the future
legislature shall direct,
    All laws thereafter passed to be recorded in the
office of the court of appeals for the western shore,
    Appeals from the chancery court or county courts,
and writs of error, to be made returnable to the
court of appeals for the respective shores, and prosecuted
therein,
    Books, records, &c. of the late general court, to be
lodged in the offices of the clerks of the court of appeals
on the respective shores,
—Deeds, and extracts of deeds, to be transmitted
to them to be recorded,
    The proclamation naming the persons chosen as
electors of the president and vice president, to be inserted
in such newspapers on the western and eastern
shore as the governor and council may direct,
    One of the senators of the United States to be always
an inhabitant of the eastern, and the other of the western
shore,
    Provision for adjourning the court of appeals on the
western shore from day to day on the session being
extended by the judges on the eastern shore,
