a company to erect a toll bridge across the
Potomac river, &c.

    27.  Resolution requesting him to transmit a copy of the
resolution requesting our senators and representatives in
congress to use their best endeavours to procure a lighthouse
to be erected on the Bodkin Point in this state,
    28.  Resolution authorising and empowering him to
take the bond of the Auditor of the state in the penalty
heretofore required, &c.

    1.  Resolution vesting in them certain powers,
    2.  Resolution vesting certain powers in them,
    3.  Resolution cloathing them with certain powers,

    4.  Resolution authorising the governor to draw on the
intendant for such sum of money as may be necessary to
pay for the portrait and frame of General Washington,
&c.

register of wills of Anne-Arundel county to transcribe

to superintend the collection of balances due to the state,
&c.
    12.  Resolution directing them to ascertain the amount
of pay due to the officers and soldiers of the Maryland
line, &c.
    13.  Resolution directing them to forward to congress
the resolution of Lazarus Harman, and all others of a
similar nature, &c.
    14.  Resolution authorising them to draw orders on the
treasurers for the salaries of the civil officers, &c.

    15.  Resolution requesting them to repair the magazine
at Frederick-town at the expense of the state, &c.
    16.  Resolution requesting them to remove all the arms
and military articles from the armoury at Annapolis to
Frederick-town,
    17.  Resolution requesting them to make an inquiry
into the situation of the several armouries in this state,
&c.
    18.  Resolution requesting them to procure annually
twenty-two copies of the laws of congress for the use of
the several courts, &c.
    19.  Resolution directing them to communicate with the
executives of Delaware, Pennsylvania and New Jersey,
relative to the absconding of slaves from this state, &c. to
concert with them, &c.
    20.  Resolutions directing them to deliver the laws of the
United States to certain persons, &c.
