SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That the said corpora-
tion may recover damages by the usual process of
law from any person or persons who shall wilfully
or through negligence injure said bridge or its ap-
purtenances.

Bank ing priv-
ileges.

SEC. 9. And be it enacted, That banking privileges
are not authorized by this act.

Reserved.

SEC. 10. And be it enacted, That the General As-
sembly reserves to itself the right to alter or amend
this act of incorporation at pleasure.

CHAPTER 25.

AN ACT entitled a further supplement to an act
passed at December session eighteen hundred and
twenty-five, entitled " an act to incorporate the
President and Directors of the Fireman's Insu-
rance Company of Baltimore, and the several sup-
plements thereto. "

Repealed.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That section six of the act passed at an
extra session of the General Assembly held on the
tenth of January eighteen hundred and sixty-six,
chapter thirty-three, supplementary to the act afore-
said, be and the same is hereby repealed, and the
following substituted therefor, to wit;

13. That the board of directors for said company
shall be annually chosen hereafter on the first Monday
of January in each and every year, between the
hours of twelve M. and two o'clock P. M., at the
office of the company; that the said board shall be
thirty in number, and chosen by ballot; and each
shareholder shall have one vote, for each share of
stock not exceeding five shares, and one vote for
