58.                                        1832.

                                    Martin Van Buren,
of the State of New York had Three votes for Vice President of
the United States of America.
    That the annexed Lists of the said Persons, with the votes
given to the same are hereby returned by us, the Electors of President
and Vice President of the United States of America,
in and for the State of Maryland in pursuance of the Constitution
and Laws of the United States, as having obtained the
aforesaid number of votes.
    Done at the City of Annapolis, on the First Wednesday
in December, being the Fifth Day of the Month, in the year one
Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Two.
    In Witness whereof, we have hereto subscribed
our Hands and affixed our Seals.




                                                List.

    List of Persons voted for as President of the United States of
America, by the Electors of President and Vice President of the
United States, in and for the State of Maryland.
    Henry Clay, of the State of Kentucky, received Five votes
as President of the United States of America.
    Andrew Jackson, of the State of Tennessee, received Three
votes as President of the United States of America.
    We do hereby certify that the above is a true List of Persons
