lating certain primary elections in Harford county in
the State of Maryland."

Mr. Charles, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

Senate bill, File No. 340, entitled "An Act to add
a new section to Article 22 of the Code of Public Local
Laws, title 'Washington County,' sub-title 'Keedys-
ville,' said section to be known as '295 A.' "

Which was read the second time.

Mr. Wells, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably, with amendments,

Senate bill, File No. 266, entitled "An Act to repeal
chapter 430 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland, passed at the session of 1902, regulating the
closed season for hunting in Anne Arundel and Prince
George's counties, and to re-enact the same with
amendments."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

In line 2 of section 2, strike out "Anne Arundel
or."

In line 8 of section 2, strike out the word "coun-
ties" and substitute therefor "county."

Mr. Feaga, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,

Senate bill, File No. 374, entitled "Au Act to repeal
section 43 J of Article — of the Code of Publie Local
Laws, title 'Allegany County,' sub-title 'County Treas-
urer, etc.' "

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by adding after "Section 43 J," the follow-
ing:

"Provided, however, that one-half of the annual
salary of the said treasurer shall not. be paid unto him
until an auditing of his books and collections has
taken place. Said audit shall be made by an auditor
