Prince George's county shall receive back from the
Board of County Commissioners, the Board of Road
Commissioners or the Treasurer of said county as the
case may be, be one-half of the funds derived from
liquor licenses issued to persons dealing in liquors
within the limits of said towns."

Which was adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Hall, from Baltimore city delegation, reported
favorably, .with amendments,

House bill, File No. 569, entitled "An Act to auth-
orize, empower and direct the Board of Police Com-
missioners for Baltimore city, to reinstate Charles
Creamer."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

inline 4 of section 1, strike out the words "and
directed" and insert in lieu thereof "and empowered."

Which was adopted.

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a' third reading.

Also favorably,

House bill, File No. 859, entitled "An Act to add
three additional sections to Article 4, Code of Public
Local Laws, title 'City of Baltimore,' sub-title
'Charter,' heading 'Illuminating Oils and Fluids,' as
enacted by chapter 123, Acts of 1898, to be known as
Actions 456 A, 456 B and 456 C.' "

Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Also favorably, with amendments,

House bill, File No. 742, entitled "An Act to pen-
sion Tobias Jacobs, retired officer."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 3 of section 1, strike out the word "directed"
and insert in lieu thereof, the word "empower."
