A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 1 and 4, of Ar-
ticle 13, of the Code of Public^General Laws, title "Bastardy
and Fornication."

Mr. McGlone, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to repeal Sections 619, 620, 625, &c.,
of Article 4, of the Public Local Laws, entitled "City of
Baitimore," sub-title "Justices of the Peace and Constables,"
and to enact certain Sections in lieu of the Sections so re-
pealed.

Mr, Gwynn, Chairman of a Select Committee, reported
favorably,
A bill entitled an Act to amend Section 2, of the Act of
1870, chapter 477, under the head of Prince George's county,
by adding the name of Elizabeth Ryon, widow of Thomas
Ryon, in the place of Mrs. Prior, the widow of Thomas,
which is an error in the engrossment of said Act.

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act passed at the
January Session, 1860, chapter 267, entitled an Act incor-
porating a company to open in part and improve the road
from Frederick city, in Frederick county, to the Spout Spring
on the Hamburg road, &c.,
Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.
The bill entitled an Act to empower the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore to purchase, lease, or condemn lands
for public parks, or squares within the limits of Baltimore
city,
