CHAPTER 475.

AN ACT to add a new section to Article 56 of the Anno-
tated Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, entitled
"Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, " sub-heading
"Gasoline Tax, " to immediately follow Section 215 and
to be known as Section 215A, providing for the return
to the general funds of the State of the sum of $513, -
920. 00 from any or all of the special gasoline funds
during each of the fiscal years 1934 and 1935.

215A. From any or all of the special gasoline tax funds
provided for in this Article, the sum of $513, 920. 00 shall
be returned by the State Roads Commission in each of the
fiscal years 1934 and 1935, to the funds of the State, to be
expended in accordance with the appropriations of the
General Assembly, anything contained in Sections 212A,
212B and 215 of this Article, to the contrary notwith-
standing.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That a new section be, and the same is hereby
added to Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, entitled "Licenses, " sub-title "Motor Vehicles, "
sub-heading "Gasoline Tax, " to immediately follow Section
215, to be known as Section 215A, and to read as follows:

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall
take effect on June 1st, 1933.

CHAPTER 476.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sec-
tion 13 of Article 78B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1924 Edition), title "Racing Commission", pro-
viding that the Frederick County Agricultural Society
shall be entitled to conduct two race meetings each year.
