CHAPTER 477.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section
521 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Talbot County", sub-title "Trappe".
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That Section 521 of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), entitled
"Talbot County", sub-title "Trappe", be and it is hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read as fol-
lows:
Section 521. The bounds and limits of Trappe shall be as
follows: Beginning at an iron pipe set in a concrete base
at- or near the northwesterly corner of a lot belonging to
W. C. Slaughter, said lot being on the westerly side of the
State Road leading from the Town of Trappe to the Town
of Easton, Maryland; thence with the northerly line of the
said Slaughter's lot and with the same projected east-
wardly, crossing the State Road above mentioned, North
sixty-two degrees, thirty-six minutes East, five hundred
and thirty-nine and sixty-five one-hundredths feet to a
point established as corner number Two, said corner being
approximately two hundred and fifty feet eastwardly from
the easterly side of the State Road, and on the land belong-
ing to the Dickinson Heirs; thence over the land of the said
Dickinson Heirs, South twenty-seven degrees, forty-one
minutes East, one thousand, two hundred and fifty-four
and three-tenths feet to a point established for corner num-
ber Three; thence South eighty-six degrees, fifteen minutes
East, one thousand, two hundred and thirty-eight and nine-
tenths feet to a point established as corner number Four,
said point being near the southeasterly corner of a Barn-
yard on a farm belonging to the heirs of S. A. Simpson;
thence over the said Simpson land, crossing a road or street
known as East Street and also crossing the road leading to
Kirby's Canning House or Creamery Street, and continuing
across the Colored Public School lot, South seven degrees,
five minutes West, three thousand, three hundred and
twenty-five and three-tenths feet to a point on the northerly
side of the Public Road leading to the village of Barber,
said point being also on the land belonging to Norman R.
Baker; thence with the northerly side of the Public Road,
and with the same projected, crossing another Public Road
leading to Howell's Point, North seventy-three degrees,
forty-one minutes West, five hundred and twelve and
