CHAPTER 508.
AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money for
the "Home of the Incurables," in Baltimore
city.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General As-
sembly of Maryland, That the Comptroller of

the Treasury be and he is hereby directed to
draw his warrant on the Treasurer of the
State, for the sum of fifteen hundred dollars
during the year eighteen hundred and eighty-
six, and fifteen hundred dollars during the
year eighteen hundred and eighty-seven, in
favor of the Board of Managers of the "Home"
for Incurables/" in Baltimore city, for the* pur-
pose of helping them to enlarge said institu-
tion.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 509.
AN ACT to enable and authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore city, and the
County Commissioners of Talbot, Caroline,
Dorchester and Wicomico counties, to en-
dorse the bonds of the Baltimore and Eastern
Shore Railroad Company, for the purpose of
having and maintaining a more perfect con-
nection by railroad from the city of Balti-
more to and with the Eastern Shore coun-
ties of the State.

sembly of Maryland, That the Mayor and City
Council of Baltimore city be and they are
hereby authorized and empowered to endorse
the bonds of the Baltimore and Eastern Shore
