SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

69.

(I) IN WORCESTER COUNTY, THE BOARD OF LICENSE
COMMISSIONERS MAY REVOKE OR SUSPEND AN ALCOHOLIC
BEVERAGES LICENSE IF THE LICENSE HAS NOT BEEN PLACED IN
OPERATION AFTER A PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS FROM THE DATE THE
BOARD APPROVED:

(1) THE ISSUANCE OF THE LICENSE; OR

(2) THE TRANSFER OF THE LICENSE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 1990.

AN ACT concerning

Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board

FOR the purpose of altering the term of office of the members and the number of
members appointed to the Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board; prohibiting
more than Q certain number of members to reside in the same county; encouraging
the Governor to assure that each region of the State is represented when selecting
members of the Board; providing for the staggered terms of office of the members;
and generally relating to the Amusement Ride Safety Advisory Board.
