Several changes occurred in the staff of the Hall of Records dur-
ing the past fiscal year. Mrs, Ruth A. Krebs, Senior Assistant Librarian
in the Repair Department, resigned. Mrs. Jane R. Moss was promoted
from Junior Assistant Librarian to Senior Assistant Librarian in the
Repair Department. Since the repair work has now progressed beyond
the stage of putting in condition for use the first accessions of the
Hall of Records and is concerned primarily with new acquisitions, it
was decided not to appoint a second worker for this department Instead
the new employee Miss Cherie Dawson was assigned to the photostat
