PLAN OF THE WARDS.

5th ward—Beginning where a line drawn along the centre of East
street would intersect a line drawn along the centre of Fayette street,
and running, thence northwardly along the centre of East street to a line
drawn along the centre of Hillen street, thence southwardly along the
centre of Hillen street to the centre of Jones' Falls, thence south-
wardly along the centre of Jones' Falls to a line drawn along the centre
of e Fayette street, and thence eastwardly along the centre of e Fayette
street to the place of beginning
