1720 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

33. To a deed from the Montebello Park Company of Balti-
more County, a body corporate, to Zion Evangelical Lutheran
Church of Baltimore County, dated September 30th, 1913, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber
W. P. C. No. 417, folio 402, etc., for the use and benefit of said
Church for religious purposes as therein set forth.

34. To the deed of conveyances to the Convention of the
Protestant Episcopal Church of the Diocese of Maryland of the
reversion in fee and annual rent of $120.00 issuing and payable
out of the lot of ground mentioned in a deed from Charles E.
Spalding, and others, to the said corporation, dated June 17th,
1897, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber R. O. No. 1680, folio 138; full power being given to
the said the Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church
of the Diocese of Maryland, to sell, mortgage or in any other
manner dispose of the said reversion and rent issuing out of the
lot of ground described in the said deed.

35. To the Deeds of conveyance to the Emmanuel English
Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City of two certain
lots of ground in Baltimore City. The first thereof being known
as No. 1804 Edmondson Avenue and more fully described and
mentioned in a Deed of Assignment, dated November 8th, 1912,
and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber
S. C. L. No. 2779, folio 293, from Edith Zeigler and Frank A.
Zeigler, her husband, to said Emanuel English Evangelical
Lutheran Church of Baltimore City, subject to an annual rent
of $100.00. payable semi-annually. And the second thereof be-
ing situate at the northwest corner of Edmondson and Warwick
Avenues, and more fully described and mentioned in a Deed
from the Edmondson Realty Company of Baltimore City to the
said Emanuel English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore
City dated May 6, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 2736, folio 516, etc., in fee
simple. Full power is hereby given to the said Emanuel Eng-
lish Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City to hold,
sell, mortgage or in any other manner dispose of said two lots of
ground.

36. To the legacy to the German Baptist Church of Fred-
erick, Maryland, contained in the last Will and Testament of
Louisa Sappington, late of Frederick County, State of Mary-
land, deceased, probated in the office of the Register of Wills of
said County on the 6th day of November, 1912.
